Flow Control System

The flow of water through a pipe is maintained at a desired  value irrespective of disturbances. This is achieved by controlling the flow of water  by a pneumatically operated valve. A DPT is used for sensing the flow rate. The controller element is PID based module(UT-35). The controller can be interfaced to computer through RS 232C. The electrical  output from the controller is converted to a pneumatic signal by a electrical to pneumatic converter to actuate  the valve.
