Temperature Control System

Temperature of water coming out of a heat exchanger is maintained at a desired temperature irrespective of disturbances. This is achieved by controlling the power delivered to the heater and this is implemented by using a thyristor which is the final control element. Pt 100 RTD is used as the sensor. The controller element is PID based module(UT-35). The controller can be interfaced to computer through RS 232C
