The level of water in
the tank is maintained at a desired value, irrespective of disturbances. This
is achieved by controlling the inflow of water by a pneumatically operated
valve. A capacitive type level transmitter is used as a sensor. The controller element
is PID based module(UT-35). The controller can be interfaced to computer
through RS 232C. The electrical signal from the controller is converted to
pressure signal in order to drive the valve using an electro pneumatic
converter.
