Pressure Control System
The
pressure inside the cylinders is maintained at a desired value, irrespective of disturbances. This is
achieved by controlling the inflow of air by a pneumatically operated valve. A
piezoelectric type pressure transmitter is used as the sensor. The controller
element is PID based module(UT-35). The controller can be interfaced to
computer through RS 232C. The electrical signal from the controller is
converted to a pressure signal in order to drive the valve using an electro
pneumatic converter
